All that you need to begin your on-line training is the right equipment and the will to learn. The technical equipment that you need is as follows:

• A personal computer or notebook


• For our audio exercises - microphone and headphones - alternatively a headset (optional)


• Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher (this is the normal operating system for the English Portal but other Web-browsers will also work)


• Recommended monitor solution - 1024 x 768


• To have fast and efficient service we recommend to use an ISDN or DSL Internet connection.


• Standard mail program, e.g. Outlook
